About the role

Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader – Customer Service at Veta Virtual, you will be the guiding force behind our team, coaching and mentoring them to provide the best service possible. You will:

  • Lead a team of talented Customer Service Representatives, providing support, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor call quality and ensure our high standards are met in every interaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues, providing timely solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with your team, setting clear goals and addressing any challenges they face.
  • Lead by example during peak times by jumping in and taking calls when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance service quality and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, consistent experience for our clients.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Share best practices with other Supervisors to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Implement new strategies that increase team efficiency and satisfaction.

About you

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading customer service teams with a track record of coaching and mentoring.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • A deep understanding of customer service best practices and the drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in performance management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and improve team performance.
  • A quiet work environment and reliable equipment.
  • A stable internet connection and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Availability for a 9-hour shift between 9 AM - 9 PM US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
