Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for orchestrating seamless operations across diverse locations? Pott'd is seeking an Supply Chain/Logistics Manager to join the team and drive excellence in supply chain and logistics. Reporting to the COO and working in the dynamic realm of remote operations, this role is pivotal to their success as they venture into new horizons.

Responsibilities 🚚📦

Stock at Supplier:

• Coordinate production stages and deadlines with suppliers, ensuring timely shipments.
• Organising with a third party conducting.
• Collaborate with the COO to allocate shipments to various 3PLs.
• Facilitate on-time bookings with forwarders and manage FBA shipments.

Stock in Transit:

• Oversee supplier bookings and verify documentation before stock departure.
• Confirm forwarder bookings and manage detailed stock tracking records.
• Reconcile 3PL and FBA goods in, ensuring accurate stock reporting.
• Optimise storage quantities for Carton vs. Sku levels.

Stock at 3PL:

• Execute weekly replenishment for Amazon FBA warehouses.
• Analyse 3PL invoices, recommend cost-saving measures, and ensure accurate COGs reporting.
• Maintain precise stock reporting across platforms and align stock holdings.
• Update forecasts based on sales trends and collaborate on new 3PL orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless Supply Chain Operations.
• Optimise Warehouse Operations.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation to facilitate scalability.

Onboarding and Development 📊

Joining the Pott'd team means embarking on a journey of growth. With 1-2 months of dedicated training, you'll seamlessly transition into your role, taking over vital COO tasks and working in tandem with the Operational Virtual Assistant. As an integral part of the remote team, you'll have the support and guidance you need to excel in your responsibilities.

First Few Weeks 🎯

In your initial weeks, you'll dive into the heart of operations, stepping into the COO's shoes and streamlining processes. Collaborate with the COO to establish goals and prioritise key projects for the upcoming months, setting the stage for impactful contributions to the company’s growth journey.

Working Hours and Timezone Compatibility

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to interact with the team, manage operations, and foster connections with suppliers and partners during regular business hours.

While they don't require specific overlapping hours with other time zones, it's advantageous if you can have some crossover with the UK timezone.

This ensures you're well-connected with the team and can effectively contribute to their global operations. They value flexibility and appreciate the dedication you bring to the role.
