Joining the Pott'd team means embarking on a journey of growth. With 1-2 months of dedicated training, you'll seamlessly transition into your role, taking over vital COO tasks and working in tandem with the Operational Virtual Assistant. As an integral part of the remote team, you'll have the support and guidance you need to excel in your responsibilities.
First Few Weeks 🎯
In your initial weeks, you'll dive into the heart of operations, stepping into the COO's shoes and streamlining processes. Collaborate with the COO to establish goals and prioritise key projects for the upcoming months, setting the stage for impactful contributions to the company’s growth journey.
Working Hours and Timezone Compatibility
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to interact with the team, manage operations, and foster connections with suppliers and partners during regular business hours.
While they don't require specific overlapping hours with other time zones, it's advantageous if you can have some crossover with the UK timezone.
This ensures you're well-connected with the team and can effectively contribute to their global operations. They value flexibility and appreciate the dedication you bring to the role.
