Soulful Virtual Assistant Wanted for Ongoing Responsibilities [CLOSED]

Hi,

we are looking for an experienced virtual assistant as a permanent addition to our team. For the beginning we'd like to start out on an hourly basis (~5-10 hrs per week for the start) - if everything works out well we can grow this into to a part-time or even full-time position. We are a partly remote, partly local team of 4. Our headquarters (main timezone) are in Germany, but basically location independent. Our products are personal development online courses. We're pretty well organized.

Your responsibilities would be:

• Formatting and scheduling blog posts in WordPress
• Scheduling Social Media updates in various tools (grum.co, meetedgar.com, ...)
• Basic photo editing (cropping and applying premade photoshop actions)
• Modifying landing pages (WordPress and Instapage)
• Scheduling emails (ActiveCampaign)
• Content research and other data entry and assisting tasks

You do not have to know all the mentioned tools, but definitely need experience in those tasks generally.

Our internal software toolkit consists of:

• Glip (Messaging and tasks)
• Process.st (SOPs)
• Front (Emails)
• and a few more
