Welcome to YCN Media Group, where we do things differently!

Where as most companies first create content and then spend money to get eyeballs on it, we create the content WHILE we're getting the eyeballs: we do it LIVE.

And then we take that Live show, we transcribe it and we turn it into all the social media assets (just like Gary V does here -https://www.garyvaynerchuk.com/the-garyvee-content-strategy-how-to-grow-and-distribute-your-brands-social-media-content/)

And that's where YOU get into the picture.

In the first part of the job, you'll be creating promotional social posts from a form (our guests give you most of the information you need).

That'll go to our design team and they'll create the images for them to promote the show.

Here's an example:

Then...once the show is over,

We need you to take the transcription and decide which parts are good to repurpose.

So the good news is that you don't need to do much research or come up with your own ideas. You only need to use your creativity and work from the transcript.

Then you'll need to take that paragraph and write it as a short 150-200 social post that our graphic team will add the videos/images to.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perfect English (no typos, grammar mistakes)
  • Reliable and great communication. This is a MUST.
  • Work for 2 hours a day (to start!) during Central business hours 
  • Write engaging headlines and social posts
  • Take a transcript and turn it into social posts, decide which are the best lines for image quotes and which parts should be turned into short videos
  • Take a form answers and turn that into 150 word social posts.
  • Prepare and schedule posts on social media and make sure they go out as well
  • Make sure projects are delivered on time, KPI’s, required quality standards, and with all team members happy and enjoying their work.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Able to work on your own with minimal guidance (though you’ll receive all the support you need to learn platforms quickly and in-depth)

 

It’s an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Email marketing
  • Wordpress
  • CRM

This position will be an independent contractor position and you can work from anywhere.

Pay is negotiable based on expertise.
