🎯 - Part time 10-20H/week to start with plans to bring you onboard full-time after 3 months. This role starts as soon as we find the right person :)

Technical Skills:

• Platforms: Know how to use/grow Facebook, Instagram & YouTube. Working knowledge in WordPress & Elementor, Canva or Adobe, Google Drive, any video editing software
  
• Research: Use your detective-level investigation skills to find out everything you can about best practices in our industry, do competitor analysis, present that information in an easy-to-understand format to me…and then execute!
  
• Copywriting: Copy and content writing for all of our social media posts on FB, IG & YT, understand hashtag strategy
  
• Design & Branding: We're not going for perfect, we're going to presentable and on-brand. An eye for design (especially UX!) and understanding of the color wheel to fix up or create designs on Canva (or other software) is a must! You'll be creating anything from social posts to logos to graphics to Elementor pages.
  
• Project Management: Be the shepherd and move projects along according to time, budget and quality
  
• Video Editing: We're not making artistic or music videos - just the basics is fine, as long as you can emulate the style of our videos. You can use any software of your choice (I use iMovie)

Soft Skills:

• Proactive Communication: Like any relationship, proactive, open communication is key. This means if you can't meet a deadline, tell me in advance. If you're roadblocked, tell me how I can help. Let's keep the feedback loop open!
  
• Quality of Work vs Speed: Projects should be executed on quickly, but not if it compromises quality. Quality doesn't just mean double (or even triple!) checking your work to catch mistakes, it also means full completion of the task.
  
• An Eye For Detail: Granularity, specificity, thoroughness in the work you produce.
  
• Self-Starter, Self-Learner: If you haven't used Discord before, then turn to Google or YouTube and download it to familiarize yourself. It's always OK to do something you haven't done before, but always come at it with a curious, critical thinking, 'I'll figure it out' attitude.
  
• Customer Service: You may be in regular contact with potential clients, vendors and other team members, so infectious positivity is ideal!
  
• BONUS if you're spiritually-minded, have interest/experience in plant/psychedelic medicine industry and want to help a company do something to better our world!

HIRING PROCESS:

1. Shoot over an application & include your portfolio! Tell me about yourself, why you'd like to work with us and if you ever been to a plant medicine ceremony or psychedelics healing center! Please attach samples of social media accounts (Eg. IG, FB, YT, Clubhouse,..etc.) you've grown, along with posts you've designs and videos you've edited.
   
   Include the phrase “I Love Mushrooms!” at the top of your application please, so I know you're paying attention :)

3. Trial Task. A small assignment to see you in action.
   
4. Interview. Don't sweat it; I'm not going to grill you, it'll be more of a conversation.
