Social Media Manager with Video Editing Skills [CLOSED]

We are a small nonprofit psychedelic healing company based in Philadelphia (3 employees currently but growing fast) and looking for someone to manage social media as well as catalog a large volume of video content into smaller clips and create social media content out of them. Skills should be in design and video editing as well as marketing.

ABOUT YOU:

We need someone with the following set of skills:

• Great level of English language
• Familiar with photo and video editing apps and services, such as Canva/Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or a video editing tool you are more comfortable with)
• Good design sense
• Experience in growing social media audiences (Instagram posts and stories, Facebook posts and ads, Twitter)
• Great organizational skills (We are fast-moving and lots of moving parts, needs to be okay with lots going on and trying to help keep it all organized)
• Willingness to adapt to sometimes hectic periods of workload
• Ability to learn new platforms (such as Learnworlds and Streak)

WOULD BE GREAT IF:

• You are interested in psychedelics and and psychedelic healing
• You have experience with MailChimp (especially visual aspect)
• You have knowledge of WordPress and Squarespace
• You are friendly and easy-going

You will be working with another VA we have already hired and has been working for us for a year (from Bosnia). As you will be creating social media content, creating subtitles under the videos, great English is a requirement. Also may need to do tasks such as managing email inbox and organizing online course homework submissions.

Would be cool if you also have had experience with brandkits (colors and styles) and web design layout (UI/UX). Should be very organized and love spreadsheets and keeping things organized and on-schedule.
