We are a small but mighty team working remotely from Europe and the US. We like to get things done and have fun while doing it. In short, we help both US Real Estate Investors and US Real Estate Agents achieve their financial and lifestyle goals of building multiple income streams through real estate investing. We serve Real Estate investors under Addicted to ROI and Real Estate agents working with investors at Agents Invest. We help our customers achieve their goals through online community membership, monthly webinars, in-person events, virtual summits, and a referral program with realtors.

We are looking to hire a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and organized Social Media Manager (SMM) with a passion to grow in this role and interact with our customers and promote our products and services on social networks.

In this role you will…

• Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• With the Digital Marketing Manager, develop strategies for our social media channels that align with our overall marketing strategies.
• Lead, maintain and improve our social media presence.
• Draft creative copy for email and landing pages.
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors.
• Select appealing images and videos to complement copy.
• Update our social media pages with compelling company news.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create posts (e.g. for events, products, offers, etc… ).
• Monitor the performance of social media marketing campaigns, report and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, product launches, events and the like.
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with the team to plan, create and add content to social channels
• Brainstorm new ideas and create growth strategies for Social Media
• Stay on top of social media marketing trends and provide insights on improvement within the business

We are looking for a SMM specifically with these requirements:

• Fluent (or close-to fluent) written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 3+ years in a Marketing role.
• Strong writer of both long and short-form copy.
• Able to distill information from subject matter experts and write on varying topics - such as real estate investing and entrepreneurship.
• Experience creating and managing social media campaigns successfully.
• Strong experience in at least one of the following: social media content generation, community management, email copywriting,
• Excellent organization skills.
• Experience working 100% remotely.
• Able to work independently.

Nice to have experience in these areas of Marketing:

• Graphic and Video content creation.
• TikTok Content creation.
• Real Estate experience (or someone who can jump in and learn the lingo).
• Eye for branding and design.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Asana, or the ability to figure out productivity programs/apps.
