Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistant - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Email Marketing, Auto-responders, etc. [CLOSED]

The job entails a variety of tasks and we're looking for an amazing, experienced person with a lot of resourcefulness. You will be responsible for:

• Creating product mockups (in Photoshop) for banner ads and Pinterest pins
• Pinning products to pinterest and other social media posting
• Setting up Pinterest ads (it's super easy and we will train you)
• Creating, managing and scheduling Facebook and Instagram posts
• Adding products to our online store
• Creating promotional graphics for our store, and email, using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• Scheduling promotional emails to customers, soliciting customer feedback, testimonials and photos
• Managing customer feedback on social media (and responding)
• Researching new products and vendors
• Administering promotions, giveaways and contests
• Communicating with social media influencers and arranging sponsored video and photo posts

You must be a problem solver, a strategic thinker, incredibly resourceful and capable of research to handle this position. For example, if we use a term you don't understand are you going to look it up in Google or ask us what it means? Requirements:

• Microsoft Excel
• Google Spreadsheets
• Independent learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adobe Photoshop or other photo/graphic editing software (Illustrator a bonus)
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver
