Dubai Tech Startup provides agency accounts from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms as well as marketing tools and strategies to help its clients scale their businesses. The company is now building an app so that the clients can log in and make requests through it, helping the company facilitate and expand its operations!

Dubai Tech Startup is currently looking for a Social Media Compliance Officer who will build out better processes and compliance efforts for internal and external use. Essentially, this person needs to be excited about helping people and businesses, but also have an analytical mind and the ability to analyse assets and build the system.

During the onboarding process, you will get familiar with the team, company values and vision. You will gradually start auditing the current compliance systems and building out better ones (including compliance education and updates, compliance KPIs and the department scorecard).

Then, you will start to:

• Develop a compliance process in ClickUp with the Operation Manager (including setting metrics and KPIs for a compliance system, compliance updates when needed, and setting recurring tasks in ClickUp to update processes when needed)
• Work with clients to gather data for the new system (including managing compliance requests from new & existing clients)
• Create & send compliance check reports for new/existing clients
• Audit clients’ offers, creating professional reports to help them scale profitably and compliantly
• Cross-reference live ads with what clients get approved
• Work with the team to clean up platforms and become more compliant
• Offboard clients that are not following procedures

After the initial three months, you will:

• Help develop a compliant system of data output
• Collaborate with the program manager to ensure all departments are compliant (Offers, Creatives, Assets)
• Filter through spy tools to make good recommendations for clients and account manager to increase their LTV and sales capabilities
• Ensure clients and team are following compliance procedures
• Continue working on cleaning up platforms
• Collaborate with platform suppliers to ensure compliance is 85% met
• Continue working with clients compliant/profitable ratio increased by 25% month on month with account manager assistance

The goal is to eventually get the new compliance system built and running like a well-oiled machine, with continuous cross-referencing and ensuring clients meet their approved requests 100% of the time!

To be a successful candidate, you need:

• 3+ years of experience managing Facebook ads compliantly (creating, managing, and optimising campaigns)
• Solid understanding of social media advertising compliance and constant monitoring and updating of these policies
• Experience working with affiliate and lead gen offers (Bonus: eCommerce offers)
• Solid technical knowledge, skills, and abilities with Facebook, Google and Tiktok ads policy (Bonus: Twitter, Snapchat, Native)
• Ability to learn fast and adapt
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools

This is a full-time position, and the working hours are 9 AM - 5 PM GST (Dubai time).
