Social media and content manager [CLOSED]

Hello there!

KVSocial is currently seeking to expand our team with a social media manager who will be responsible for managing specific social media accounts, as well as create content.

This is a fully remote, full-time position in a team working from different parts of the world including the Philippines, and Eastern Europe, whereas I am based in Finland. It doesn’t matter in which time zone you are currently based in, as long as you make it to our daily meetings that are a must to attend.

Your experience:

• Handling social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter

• Generating traffic for a website (if possible, please provide some metrics with your application)

• Social advertising and running campaigns

The specific skills we are after:

• Great writing skills

• Good knowledge of social media

• Graphics production (using Canva and similar photo editing tools)

• Influencer outreach and communication

• Knowledge of marketing concepts

• Understanding of SEO and content marketing

The soft skills we’d very much appreciate:

• Communications skills

• Networking skills

• Customer-service mindset

• Analytical way of thinking

• Self-reliance and ability to handle day-to-day tasks on your own

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Comfortable working in a completely remote team

• Positive outlook and approach to work and life

You will also need:

• Working knowledge of social media management tools (such as Buffer)

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Familiarity with photo editing tools (such as Canva)

• Familiarity with WordPress or any other content management system

• Strong command of Google Sheets and Google Docs

How your work day would look like…

Your working day would start with carefully planning out places where and what you should post to generate the most traffic. You will also be creating content you would post ㅡ this could be posters, blog articles, guest blog posts, social media posts, etc.

We are looking for a high-quality team member who would be prepared to evolve this position into serious strategic work that will strengthen our position in the digital streams. As you already know, you will need to be in the trenches with our audience and clients, and we’d need you to help us create a bond between our company and them.

However, you will not be alone in the marketing team. We have a marketing manager who you will report to and align the marketing strategies with.

These are the things you’d be rated on as a Social Media Manager:

• How much traffic was driven to our social media accounts

• How much traffic ws driven to our website through social channels

• How many leads were generated thanks to your work

Salary

• You would start with 640 USD per monthly for 40 hours of work each week (4$ph). Maximum for this position is 1120 USD for 40 hours of work each week ($7ph)

• The salary will vary and depend on your current experience

• You will be eligible for bonuses based on company and individual performance
