The Job and Responsibilities
The mission of the Shopify Store Manager is implement various projects with great quality and within deadlines. These projects will range from theme update, automation with suppliers and other similar projects.
This is a job that requires excellent knowledge of Shopify and the Dropshipping industry, as well as great attention to details.
Missions of the Shopify Store Manager
Shopify theme updates and custom code changes (work with dedicated freelance specialist for more complex coding requirements)
Manipulate databases to produce reports and carry strategic analysis
Make sure the entire store is on par with branding, all links working, all payments secured and working
Implement products change and other key related updates and change on the store
Lead on automation projects (various automation with suppliers, reports, and Shopify Store), using Integromat
The success of this job will be measured by your capacity to implement these projects rapidly and with excellent accuracy and details.
The right candidate
The ideal profile has experience of E-commerce / Dropshipping and existing knowledge of Shopify.
Attention to details is extremely important for this job.
You need to know how to use Integromat.
Strong Excel / Google Sheet skills is very important.
You also need to know how to update and change themes on Shopify – you need to really know Shopify.
Light coding skills in Liquid / Shopify would also be a real plus.
