SEO Specialist [CLOSED]

Vortex alpha is an affiliate marketing network experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for highly skilled driven individuals to join our team. Ultimately we are looking for an SEO specialist, however, general knowledge of digital and affiliate marketing would be desirable. The candidate will be working very closely with the CEO and acting as a multiplier for him. Therefore, the ability for problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity is essential.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Liaising with copywriters
• Adding content to WordPress
• Doing basic on-page SEO tasks
• Email Outreach
• Forum posting
• General Marketing / VA tasks
• Link building
• Using Cake software (training provided)
• Keyword research
• Content marketing
• Content planning
• Interviewing and vetting new affiliates
• Reaching out to new potential affiliates
• Acquiring net partnerships with advertisers and affiliate networks.
• Making changes to landing pages.
• Website SILOs and interlinking

• Surfer SEO
• Ahrefs
• Google analytics
• Google search console
• Google tag manager
• WordPress
• Shopify
• Klavyio

Training provided:

• If there are any gaps in knowledge, full training will be provided to upskill the candidate to meet the requirements for the company systems and processes. Some basic training will be provided for the CAKE affiliate marketing platform.

Hours:

The CEO currently resides in Australia while the rest of the team resides in the UK.

• The successful candidate must work 3 hours between 5pm - 8 pm AEST to liaise with the CEO and the rest of the hours flexible. It is a 40-hour working week. Leave and time off are flexible.
