SEO Specialist [CLOSED]

We are an SEO agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for eCommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com, and many, many more global brands.

We offer continuous SEO and digital marketing training so you can improve your skills and level up your career. Our team will invest more than one hundred hours into your training. The training includes digital marketing courses, coaching from a senior marketer, and working directly with global brands to make an impact on their strategy.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will provide value to clients in the form of high-quality SEO strategy and analysis. The ideal candidate will also be interested in a leadership role when it comes to training other members of our client services team, advising account managers and strategists, and taking ownership over the SEO success of client projects.

Within the role of our SEO Specialist, you will:

• Interact with clients on a regular basis and own client SEO success
• Manage, train and mentor junior members of the team
• Execute on the agency’s established SEO strategies
• Proactively adapt and evolve our established SEO strategies to fit the client’s needs
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables from other team members to make sure they’re client-ready
• Identify high-level opportunities/new initiatives by using SEO data
• Develop link-building campaigns
• Ensure marketing results for our clients
• Explain SEO deliverables, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and client teams
• Answer technical questions
• Impact the development of agency’s “standard strategies”
• Deliver documents with data-backed SEO recommendations
• Conduct Google Analytics research
• Conduct SEO competitor research
• Interact with other SEO strategists, account managers, project managers, and SEO analysts

Once you join our team, within the first few weeks, you will join client calls, learn about our tools, and attend meetings with other strategists. Training will be provided at the beginning of your onboarding. You will also work closely with senior members of our strategy team to learn the ins and outs of our proven SEO strategies and how we communicate them to clients.

To excel as our SEO Specialist, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Fluent to near-native English skills
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets with the ability to put together detailed reports and perform complex analysis
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Avid learner
• Strong G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite skills

Tools we use to communicate within the team and manage tasks:

• Asana
• Slack
• Google Calendar

Being an SEO Specialist, you also have experience with:

• link building
• content strategy
• keyword research
• on-page optimisation & SEO
• technical SEO
• SEO tools, including (but not limited to) Ahrefs, Moz, SemRush, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl, Google Analytics
• Exposure to project management fundamentals

• Starting salary of $2000 - $3000 per month
