Snippet is a young and innovative SEO consultancy specialised in delivering bespoke SEO deliverables and solutions to complex SEO problems. Our team mostly does one-off deliverables and some retainer work.

Although we are a new company -- at the moment one and a half years old -- we have grown well and launched a couple of tools, one of which is the SEO SaaS tool called "Keyword Insights".

We pride ourselves on building tech tools to solve complex SEO problems. In the future, we intend to do more specialised SEO work and tool building. Our culture is based on excellence and delivering the best possible output to the clients.

We are a small business, currently consisting of a core team - the two founders - and several freelancers around the globe, many of whom come from Croatia and the UK. Therefore, you would be the first full-time hire in the company.

We are looking for an all-rounder SEO Specialist with a focus on content SEO to help us scale our work and onboard more clients. You'll have incredible growth opportunities within this role and you will also get to use innovative and custom made tools and techniques which will improve your efficiency.

Responsibilities

Within this role, you will:

Keyword research using our core set of tools
Analysing your keyword research
Combine your keyword analysis with technical knowledge to make SEO strategy decks for the clients
Do technical SEO work
Take calls with clients (Zoom) and take notes if and when necessary
Report to the founders

The first few weeks with us will include training and learning how to use our tools. We will provide full training in the form of pre-recorded videos and sample tasks. The duration of the training will depend on how quickly you learn our processes.

Requirements

To be our successful candidate, you need to have:

Solid SEO experience & be a general all-rounder
e-commerce experience
Keyword research experience
Experience with either Semrush or Ahrefs
Excellent English skills at a near-native level (both written and spoken)
Great presentation skills and be comfortable with giving hour-long presentations with a clear narrative and action points
The ability to spot more than just "page title recommendations", We need someone who will think outside the box.
Excellent research skills and be able to use data to back up your arguments
Great organisational skills and be able to complete the tasks in due time

Understanding of keyword categorisation
