Hey Noel here, CEO and owner of JobRack. We're growing out team and are currently in need of someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, highly organised and problem-solving to do SEO research, technical audits, analytics and strategy.

This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their marketing skills and take on more responsibility as we grow.

We have lots of great things in the pipeline, and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from multi-channel analytics, mission-driven link bulding campaigns and real-time keyword research.

Full support will be provided when you first start working with us, including our training program for everything we do.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Exciting full-time SEO specialist, with chance to work on exciting projects, prove your value, learn new skills and make good money. All work is fully remote - so you can work from anywhere.

We need someone long-term who we can train. There are also lots of opportunities for promotion. You will receive promotions and pay raises if you do well.

This is suitable for someone hard-working, who really wants to learn and grow, develop their SEO skills, prove themselves and take on more responsibility.

You’ll be learning a lot. You won’t ever be comfortable just coasting along. This is a demanding role, with tons of support to help you improve your skills.

You will be expected to study SEO techniques everyday and plan on improving your skills constantly.

Here are some of the tasks we needed help with in the last 2 weeks:

• Google Analytics setup and troubleshooting
• Keyword reserach
• Holiday SEO strategy
• Technical SEO audits
• Competitor research
• Reporting in Excel
• SEO competition research
• Keyword strategy
• Content strategy
• Multi-channel analytics
• Anything else we needed doing

Tasks will be set up in our project management system, and need to be ticked off in there so we can keep track of what has been done.

We work a 40 hour work week and you get two weeks paid holiday for every six months worked.

There will be a trial period for the role to check that we are a good match for each other (fully paid of course).

ABOUT YOU

We need someone who is:

• extremely organised – there are hundreds of tasks involved in running a successful SEO campaign and you’ll need to be able to manage all of these tasks and make sure nothing gets missed
• hard-working – Our clients need the work done quickly
• Intelligent and good at figuring things out – there are lots of problems to solve
• Eager to learn - we provide training
• Excellent at written and spoken English
• Available to work at least 4 hours of your working day between 9am and 5pm GMT
• ideally have 1+ years of experience with SEO

We’re pretty serious when we’re working, but understand the need to let off steam when you’re not on the clock (however that may be for you)! As long as you get your work done, the rest of your time is yours.
