SEO Project Manager with Strong English [CLOSED]

We believe in building a team of excellent search marketers that can help our agency partners succeed through white label SEO services. We are SEO Brothers and we are looking for an SEO Project Manager interested in developing their strategic thinking, SEO, and communication skills to ensure success in their clients' campaigns.

This is a full-time, remote work opportunity. Our Project Managers typically work a set 9-5 local timezone but may be required to be present at the odd meeting outside of standard hours.

As an SEO Project Manager, you will run your own team comprised of SEO Strategists, specialists, and researchers. Your team will be assigned a portfolio of partners and their respective campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of documents for SEO campaigns, assisting with employee resourcing, managing our project management tool, and coordinating with clients to get useful insights on priorities along with critical login information and other campaign-specific details. As the Project Manager, you will be your partner's first point of contact and are responsible for the overall success of your team. You will work based on our client campaigns in ClickUp and using existing templates and tasks, helping us to better streamline our process. Some of your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing work completed by other strategists and specialists (proofreading) before sending it to the client. These documents typically include on-page optimization documents with keyword mapping, written page titles, meta descriptions, header tags as well as industry and website audits.
• Coordinating with business and agency partners to ensure we have all the required login information and documentation to start a campaign.
• Meeting with partners regularly (typically monthly) to review campaign success and take feedback to the team.
• Monitor the progress of each campaign stage and facilitate necessary changes as needed.
• Review campaign data to help support partners with questions and concerns.
• Developing campaign progress updates to partners, clients, and the internal team.
• Organize cross-functional input and resolution meetings (onboarding/kickoff)
• Ensures the campaign adheres to scope, schedule, and budget
• Setup our document and reporting structures for new campaigns to ensure our specialists have a place to work from.
• Review SEO reporting data for any anomalies prior to sending it to clients.
• Being our in-house "ClickUp Champion" - owning the success of our project management tool, specifically withing your team.
• Managing client ClickUp projects to ensure the required tasks are assigned with the necessary due dates and making sure projects are relaunched after they are renewed.
• Helping improve existing processes.
• Reviewing email and Slack channels for any campaign-specific information or feedback, and completing or assigning accordingly.
• Assisting with the setup of Google My Business, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Search Console based on what's needed for a campaign.
• Project sales and proposal support as needed.
• Continuous learning in the SEO industry

Some specifics, experience, and qualifications you should have:

• You have experience as a project coordinator or manager (within your company or within an agency) working with deadlines and deliverables.
• You have excellent time management skills and can prioritize effectively.
• You are an excellent writer and communicator in the English language.
• You understand good email etiquette as well as "knowing your customer" when it comes to the language used in communications.
• You have experience working from home, with a reliable internet connection and a reliable computer to work from.
• You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work from templates.

Bonus points if:

• You're familiar with Google Analytics or Google My Business!
• You're familiar with Google Data Studio.
• You're familiar with Agency Analytics.
• You're familiar with ClickUp.
• Big bonus points if you've spent time proofreading or editing other people's work.

What To Expect:

The first couple weeks at SEO Brothers you will likely spend going through company training, meeting new team members, and understanding our partners, business model, and how we operate. We work collaboratively with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Sococo.

After this, you will join an existing team and work alongside the leading Project Manager who will help train and assist your growth. They will support your learning with in-the-moment and on-the-job training. This way you will become familiar with what the end-to-end process of a campaign is without the overwhelm of your own large portfolio. Your training will also involve a variety of areas of SEO and how they relate to a campaign at SEO Brothers.

After the first couple of months, you will be assigned your own portfolio of partners and start to build your own team.

Hours will be 40 hours per week with schedule flexibility for appointments or anything as it comes up during the week. We are looking for a mostly daytime (within the window of 9:00am-8:00pm) schedule. Working within the North American timezone is not required, although there may be meeting requests that are later in the day from time to time.
