The role of the SEO specialist is to manage the SEO strategy, activities and BAU tasks to increase organic performance for our business as well as our clients. We are looking for an experienced SEO expert to help manage all client on-page optimisation across our websites and increase the volume of organic leads. This person will also manage PPC campaigns across Google AdWords and Facebook.
What will you be doing:
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects
- Analyse websites and document changes required for SEO
- Monitor, on an on-going basis, clients’ SEO and PPC results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings
- Provide ongoing support of all SEO and PPC initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations
- Proactively make strategic SEO and PPC campaign recommendations
- Utilise bid management tools and data modelling to maximise the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
- Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise conversion rates.
- Optimise landing pages for search engine results
- Be familiar with open-source CMS software such as WordPress
- Learning & training to be on top of the latest in the SEO and PPC space
Requirements For The Role:
- 2 years’ experience working as an SEO expert (ideally in an agency setting)
- Must be Google Certified
- Must have Facebook ad experience
- Demonstrated management experience within an SEO team
- Demonstrated experience managing a large volume of campaigns
- Experience in Search Engine Optimisation and Pay-Per Click.
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Search Engines
- Ability to perform research, analyse websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimisation approaches
- Excellent Microsoft Office & Excel skills.
- Web programming skills are a plus but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong independent decision-making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
