SEO - Outreach / Link Builder Specialist [CLOSED]

Human Proof Designs helps entrepreneurs start and grow online businesses. We have a staff of 11 full-time, and work with 60+ contractors. We are looking for an Outreach Manager/Link Builder to add to our full-time staff. As a Link Builder, you will help find quality websites that are willing to accept guest posts and link to our client's websites. Outreach managers are responsible for:

- Assessing websites to determine good candidates to reach out to (Semrush/Ahrefs)

- Creating a list of candidates to reach out

- Finding email addresses of candidates to reach out to

– Crafting and delivering emails and following up as necessary

– Preparing reports to deliver completed work to customers

– Delivering report to customers & handling queries

Skills required for this position:

1. Excellent English – you will be sending many emails every day
2. Ability to manage multiple orders with deadlines and stay organized handling a large volume of communication
3. Knowledge of SEO and affiliate marketing is helpful.
4. Comfortable with Outlook; Excel; Semrush; Ahrefs; Hunter
5. Comfortable working with a virtual team

General notes:

1. This is a telecommute / remote position. You will need fast Internet access and computer, along with audio/video capability on your computer.
2. Human Proof Designs is based in Dallas, Texas, USA – although we are an entirely virtual company with staff in over 30 different countries. Normal working hours are flexible, but you may need to attend occasional meetings in the evening or early morning.
3. This is a full-time position.
4. We have a fun, relaxed atmosphere! You can work anywhere and hours are flexible.
5. There is opportunity for growth as you develop additional skills in the SEO area.
