About the role

In this role, you'll take charge of the following activities:

Keyword research - We'll provide you with a seed topic, and you'll dive into keyword research, evaluate potential, and make recommendations. Then, you'll create a final target keyword list.

SEO Audit - You'll be the detective, examining the website for quality, performance, and areas to improve. Your keen eye should spot content gaps, cannibalization, and other competitive opportunities. You'll update and add content where needed and recommend larger-scale updates to the editorial team.

On Page SEO - You'll work your magic on existing and new, optimizing them to meet our best practices for on-page, schema, and internal linking. Plus, you'll conduct new on-page tests to enhance our data-driven understanding and approach to what works best.

Monthly Reports - Review and prepare monthly reports to our clients. You'll keep them informed about their project's progress, achievements, and insights into future strategies and opportunities.

Client Communication - Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients will be a key part of your role. You'll ensure clear communication and provide top-notch account management to address their needs, answer questions, and offer strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.

About you

Here is what we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience formatting & publishing posts in WordPress
  • Experience auditing and analysing website SEO
  • Experience editing articles and pages
  • Clear understanding and working experience with on-page SEO best practice
  • You are detail-oriented and can make sure your work is flawless
  • You are punctual and understand the importance of deadlines
  • You can manage your time efficiently yourself and organize tasks
  • You are able to work independently and solve problems on your own
  • You are willing to learn new skills (on the job training will be provided)

You should have experience using:

  • Ahrefs
  • Surfer SEO
  • Wordpress, Shopify
  • Rankmath, Yoast
  • Google Sheets

Cherry on top:

If you have experience in running Google Ad campaigns, that would be preferred, but it's not required.

You should be self-motivated, highly organised, and have a strong internal desire to learn.
