SEO Brothers is now looking for two full-time SEO Campaign Managers to join them and ensure the success of their clients’ campaigns. This is an exciting and dynamic role perfect for an SEO professional looking for a long-term full-time position, a flexible work schedule, a great work-life balance, and the opportunity to grow in the company while collaborating with an amazing team.

In this role, you will run your own pod composed of SEO Strategists, Specialists, and Researchers. Your team will be assigned a portfolio of partners and their respective campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of documents for SEO campaigns, assisting clients to get useful insights on priorities along with critical information and other campaign-related details. As the Campaign Manager, you will be your partner’s first point of contact and ensure that the processes are streamlined and the team is successful at delivering amazing results.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

• Review and proofread work completed by the strategists and specialists before sharing it with the client (e.g. on-page optimisation documents with keyword mapping, written page titles, meta descriptions, header tags, industry and website audits, etc.)
• Coordinate between business and agency partners to ensure that the team has access to all the relevant information and documents to start a successful campaign
• Meet with the partners on a regular (typically monthly) basis to review campaign success and obtain feedback
• Monitor the progress of each campaign stage and facilitate the necessary changes as needed
• Review campaign data to help support partners with questions and concerns
• Develop campaign progress updates to partners, clients, and the internal team
• Organise cross-functional input and resolution meetings (onboarding/kick-off)
• Ensure that the campaign adheres to scope, schedule, and budget
• Set up the documentation and reporting structures for new campaigns to set your team up for success
• Review SEO reporting data for any anomalies before sending it to clients.
• Become a ClickUp subject matter expert and own the success of the project management tool within your team
• Manage clients’ ClickUp projects to ensure that the tasks are assigned with the relevant due dates
• Improve and optimise existing processes
• Review email and Slack channels for any relevant campaign-specific information & feedback
• Assist with the set-up of Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Search Console as needed, acting as a backup for our Analytics Department
• Report to the Manager of Campaign Management, and interact with your team of strategists, specialists and researchers daily
• Continuously learning about the news and updates in the SEO industry

In your first few weeks at SEO Brothers, you will undergo thorough company training, meet your new team members, and understand the partners, business model, and how SEO Brothers operates. You will also work collaboratively with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Sococo. The leading Campaign Manager will also help train you and assist your growth. As you complete your training and become familiar with the end-to-end processes you will be assigned your own portfolio of partners and start to build your own team.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

• 3+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience
• College or University degree in an SEO-related field (e.g. web design/development, computer science, digital marketing, advertising, etc.) or 3+ years of experience in one of those fields of work
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Experience with the Microsoft Office tools
• Project management tools experience, ideally with ClickUp
• A good understanding of the email etiquette as well as "knowing your customer" when it comes to the language used in communications
• A reliable internet connection and a reliable laptop/computer that enables you to work from home effectively
• Experience with working remotely
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work from templates
• Friendly and approachable work attitude
• Excellent organisational skills and strong ability to make things more efficient

Brownie points for:

• Google Analytics or Google My Business experience/knowledge
• Google Data Studio and Agency Analytics experience
• Experience with ClickUp
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with proofreading and/or editing the work of others

What’s in it for you?

• $2100 - $2600 per month ($1050 - $1300 per pay, paid on the 15th and last day of the month).
• A full-time & fully remote role ~ 7 hours per day tracked + 1-hour lunch break
• Working hours are typically set at 9 AM to 5 PM in your local timezone with flexibility for potential meetings outside of standard hours and at least 3 hours of overlap with your pod members; working within the North American timezone is not required although there might be meeting requests outside your standard working hours from time to time (i.e. within the 9 AM to 5 PM time window in North America)*
