We are expanding our team by onboarding an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to increase our organic SEO traffic.

As our SEO & Content Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Help us grow our organic SEO traffic, including on-page SEO and off-page SEO
• Help us create and manage our content strategy
• Self-manage the SEO efforts & report progress through frequent updates in Asana

In your first few weeks with us, you will have the opportunity to study our website & learn more about the business structure & how we operate. We expect you to have prior SEO experience and you will quickly have an opportunity to draft a strategy of immediate action steps.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Experience growing website SEO traffic
• Experience with SEO tools, like Ahrefs
• Proven track record of success increasing organic traffic

Brownie points for:

• Experience with Buzzstream, Pitchbox, or Mailshake
• Experience with on-page correlation tools such as Surfer, Clearscope, or Marketmuse

Our ideal candidate is:

• An independent self-starter who can successfully manage their own work
• Able to identify problems, propose solutions (including the resources they need) & execute those solutions
• Detail-oriented & able to recognize patterns
