About the role

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top candidates who align with Falcon Funded’s vision and culture. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we bring in high-performing individuals who contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates for Sales, Trading, and other key roles.
✅ Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across various platforms.
✅ Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
✅ Conduct initial screenings and handle recruitment process from start until full onboarding.
✅ Ensure a professional candidate experience.
✅ Work closely with upper management to align hiring needs with business objectives.
✅ Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to attract high-quality talent.
✅ Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.

About you

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in sales.
• Strong ability to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication in English is required; knowledge of German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
