About you:

We're looking for a senior and experienced Facebook media buyer with Arbitrage or Affiliate experience to manage our paid Facebook ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has proven methods to run and manage multiple campaigns at the same time with big spending. This person needs also to be very familiar with the health, finance or legal services in the US market.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong track record of managing Facebook ad campaigns;
  • Affiliate marketing and arbitrage experience;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to own your initiatives and results;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Experience with workflow tools;
  • Performance / KPIs driven (ROI) (no brand / product thinking);
  • Has experience in multiple verticals, except (!) e-commerce, e.g.
    • Health;
    • Finance / Legal;
    • Services for senior citizens;
  • Has dedicated US market experience for Facebook;
  • Has experience in statistical analysis (testing, words like variances & significances must be known);
  • Number-driven creativity;
  • Time availability: 4-8 hours/day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Having an overview of 100+ campaigns/accounts;
  • Define ideal setup of campaigns;
  • Analyze & optimize campaigns;
  • Define campaign angles (storyline);
  • Manage and analyze sets of advertising performance data;
  • Build and scale successful traffic;
  • Increasing marketing ROI.
