Nsight is currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with experience in building funnels and converting inbound leads for business-to-business purposes, specifically targeting doctors. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating social media funnels, webinars, lead qualification, and generating hot leads through advertising.

In this role, you will:

πŸ“ˆ Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote company products and services, focusing on business-to-business targeting of doctors.

🌐 Create and optimize social media funnels, webinars, and lead qualification processes to convert inbound leads effectively.

πŸ”₯ Generate hot leads through precision advertising to increase sales and build brand awareness.

πŸ—‚οΈ Organize and monitor progress across various tasks using project management software.

This is a full-time role with a requirement of having 4-5 hours of overlapping working hours between 9 AM and 6 PM EST.

To excel in this role, you need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on building funnels and converting inbound leads for business-to-business purposes, particularly targeting doctors.
  • Proven track record in creating social media funnels, webinars, lead qualification, and generating hot leads through advertising.
  • Knowledge of pay-per-click conversion, email marketing, organic SEO strategies, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting appropriate professionals.
  • Experience in managing a team of marketers and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with design work or subcontracting to designers, collaborating on PDF documents and other materials.
  • Ability to oversee website maintenance, coordinating with web developers to ensure up-to-date functionality.
  • Deep understanding of psychology and behaviour change to effectively market to potential customers and patients.
  • Expertise in crafting effective mail letters and driving behaviour change through text message campaigns.
  • Organized with project management software experience and a track record of monitoring progress across various tasks.
  • Proven ability to build brand recognition and deliver results.
  • Very good understanding of AI marketing tools to maximize efficiency.
