About the role

As our Senior Amazon FBA Account Manager, you will be the first line of defense and solely responsible for resolving product issues and making catalog changes.

Examples may include, but not limited to:

  • Creating and fixing variations
  • Policy violations and performance notifications
  • Category changes
  • Product attribute changes
  • Monitoring and managing account health
  • Preventing issues before they arise
  • Search suppressions
  • Using all tools and resources to expeditiously make product and account changes, as well as resolving issues immediately when they arise
  • Creating and maintaining a regular monitoring and management system for all accounts and products
  • Case log management, phone calls and escalations with Amazon support, Brand Registry and other channels

Your role will also be responsible for working directly with the Operations Manager and other team members on miscellaneous projects and initiatives that align with company goals and support the longevity and growth of our portfolio of brands.

  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in getting things done
  • Committed and a team player
