SDR Manager [CLOSED]

Leveraging specialised talent, economies of scale and continuous analytics over a large volume of outreach, nextsales feeds its clients’ Sales pipeline with unmatched results and cost-efficiency.

Right now, nextsales is looking for an SDR Manager to join their team and play a central role in the quality of their services and company growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively manage & lead a team of 10-15 SDRs to create qualified sales opportunities for enterprise clients
  • Set up workflows & execute operational and administrative tasks to help the SDR team perform and exceed expectations
  • Consistently evaluate and analyse the SDRs’ performance
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching, including facilitating improvement in effective research, business acumen, phone skills, email and LinkedIn personalization
  • Ensure effective and full use of tools and business processes

During the first month, you will have intensive training where you’ll learn more about the business, technology tools, key processes and shadow other SDR Managers. Once you take on more responsibilities, the whole team will provide support as needed at all times.

This is a full-time position, and the working hours are between 8 AM and 5 PM EST.

To excel in this role, you need:

  • 2+ years of experience with SDR/BDR Management or as a team lead
  • 2+ years of experience as a Call Centre Manager
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team
  • Experience with any CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Knowledge of G-Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM EST (with a one-hour lunch break)

Brownie points for any other experience in Sales and Marketing, a degree in Management, or experience with Apollo or Li Premium!
