Empodio is a certified Salesforce partner with 20+ certifications and hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service. They help businesses get the right systems in place so that they can consistently & efficiently deliver great service. The next step in their mission is to build out several packages & products related to the home services market while maintaining a consulting and delivery division.

Currently, the team consists of seven people from the United States, and an assistant from Eastern Europe. They’ve had great success & built great relationships with their clients, and are now looking to expand - which is where you come in.

Right now, Empodio is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. Currently, there is much more demand than the company can handle, and the new hire needs to make sure that clients have a great experience & get what they need.

As the new member of the team, you will:

  • Complete Salesforce configuration & administration
  • Assist in note-taking and gathering requirements for discovery and design
  • Design & communicate project requirements
  • Design, test and get feedback on the build of the system
  • Train & support clients as they go live
  • Collect feedback and requirements for additional enhancements

Tools used for communication & management:

  • ClickUp
  • Slack
  • G-Suite

General working hours of the company are 9-5 EST, and you’ll have some flexibility within that range. The first few weeks will include a clearly defined onboarding program to get to know the company & the team and to fill in the potential gaps in your salesforce, field service, or home services knowledge. This would be followed by a period of working under another business analyst or consultant in a non-client-facing manner until you’re fully prepared to step out on your own and speak confidently to clients about their needs.

Even after the onboarding period is over, you’ll have many opportunities for ongoing training & development, with full support from other team members in your professional growth. :)

As a successful candidate, you need:

  • Experience as a Salesforce Analyst and/or Salesforce Administration (2+ years)
  • Certification in Salesforce Administration
  • Excellent English skills (speaking & written)
  • Exposure to Field Service projects or Field Service certification

Brownie points for:

  • Home Services Experience (Landscaping, Poolservice, Pest Control, Construction)

This role involves constant communication with the client as well as building what they need. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys spending time with clients to support them & figure out what they want but also has the ability to dive deep into Salesforce to configure & design what they need to see.

What’s in it for you?

  • $1700 - $3300*(based on experience) per month base salary + quarterly bonuses of up to 30% of base salary for personal and company performance
  • Full time - Monday to Friday with some flexibility within the range of 9-5 EST
