About the role

Our company is on the hunt for a talented Sales Manager to lead our Sales department. We need a self-motivated individual with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.  

In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our quarterly and annual sales targets at the same time motivating our sales team and designing strategic sales plans. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

🕵️ Let’s dig deeper:

As a Sales Manager you will be expected to scale revenue to the next level and so be responsible for architecting a sales strategy. You should be excited by the prospect of selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and being a step ahead of the competition.

You will be tasked with managing key relationships on behalf of the business. To be successful in this role, you should possess knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies. Experience working in a digital marketing agency would also be a huge plus.

What you’ll do or be responsible for:

 

  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets and drive revenue generation for the business.
  • Responsible for leading and motivating the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with clients to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual  sales objectives.
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
  • Liasing with the Senior Management team to assess company performance.
  • Identifying new trends ahead of the curve to keep ahead of the competition in the market.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
  • Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth. 
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

How to apply?

You will first join the company on a trial period and once we see that you have what it takes, you will be promoted to full-time Sales Manager with the option to work part-time initially. You will be working directly with, and reporting to the Founder and CEO.

Base Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 USD per month with a commission structure in place.
