About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Owner Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. In this role, you will focus on generating leads through effective outbound calls and targeted marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound sales calls and targeted outreach
• Build pipeline of potential management partners
• Assist in creating and optimizing sales communication funnels using email management programs

• 2+ years sales experience
• Fluent English skills (minimal accent will be preferred)
• you are confident and can easily talk to people
• you have no fear about calling people, bothering people, or being told “no”
• you are consistent - no recurring wifi issues or computer problems etc
• your available working hours and lifestyle are compatible with working a USA Time Zone based schedule
• you want to be a long-term part of a growing company, and grow yourself
• you have experience talking to people and making calls
• you are hungry to grow and make more money

About you

• Identify sources to collect contact information for targeted outboud calls
• Updating CRM system with collected contacts, call results, and next steps
• Develop email campaign
• Outbound cold calling to property management companies (50+ per day)
• Strong English communication skills  (both written and verbal)
• Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure leads are nurtured and converted
• Proficiency in using CRM and email management software.

REQUIREMENTS: 
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, 40 hours a week,  8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time)
