Emercury started in 2006 with 1 employee and we have grown to a team of 21. We are still a small team and we are family, which means we look out for each other. Our customers are mostly affiliate marketers looking to convert leads into customers via email marketing offers and we help them with delivery of their email messages. We do this in a 3 prong approach. Our system scans their emails and pulls out anything that would be considered not good to mail, then we scan their content to make sure their content has the best success for delivery, then lastly our human approach is our delivery analysts will monitor campaigns and delivery and provide strategies on ramping up volume or increasing engagement with their leads.

As Customer Development and Success Manager you will be responsible for connecting with potential new customers and ensuring that they get onboard and activated into our product. What you’ll do

Sales Development and Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing customer onboarding support for the first 100 days of their journey.
  • Ensuring follow-up by passing leads to AMs with calls-to-action, dates, and complete profile information
  • Outbound phone calls to qualify leads and schedule product demos with Account Executives
  • Qualifying prospects and identifying qualified sales leads for the sales team.
  • Partnering and working closely with team members in sales to define and achieve customers’ success criteria, show ROI, and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Meet Monthly Sales Account Leads (SAL) Quota
  • Producing and conducting Executive Business Reviews; building engaged relationships with clients to ensure Emercury is supporting every client in their business goals.
  • Focusing on monitoring customers at risk of churning.
  • Drive true value for customers and report on it.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Keeping consistent and organized documentation on our customer relationship
  • Being a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers in relation to Emercury’s product.

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

  • 3+ years of experience in environments with preference for customer success, account management, sales development, or consulting background.
  • Experienced with online tools (ie: Google docs, sheets, Trello, Zoom, Slack, Zoho CRM)
  • History of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Extremely comfortable engaging with customers to ensure their success
  • Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
