Are you an experienced sales professional looking to join a market-leading real estate company that is revolutionizing the industry?

Discount Lots is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join their team and help them continue to disrupt the traditional way land is bought and sold!

As the new Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for working leads, closing deals and acquiring properties. Your primary focus will be on communicating with leads, negotiating prices, and acquiring lots from owners.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling the lead list
  • Vetting leads, and then negotiating with the leads to acquire their property
  • Communicating with the leads via phone
  • Working closely with the Acquisition Team & Appointment Setting Team & reporting to the Acquisitions Manager
  • Interacting with the entire company during the weekly meetings

If you are a hunter, who is a master at working leads and closing deals, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. In the first week or two at the company, you will receive training and onboarding to learn more about the tools and processes.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3+ years of phones sales & negotiations experience (ideally in real estate, but not required) with a proven track record of success
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Experience with cold calling and solid negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented attitude and tactical approach to sales
  • Confidence & the ability to sell yourself, your skills and company services
  • Good computer skills; you are tech-savvy

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with CRMs
  • Real estate industry experience

The ideal candidate is someone willing to put in the work day in and day out and is not afraid of being aggressive and tactical in order to close deals. You need to be success-oriented and driven by the commissions earned on closed deals. What’s in it for you?

  • Base salary of $1500 - $3000* per month (including uncapped commissions based on experience)
  • Monthly salary dependent on the experience
  • Full-time and fully remote employment
  • Working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM EST
  • Uncapped commissions with high earnings potential
  • Paid leaves and PTO
  • Salary increases based on performance and contributions
  • Opportunities for promotion to a more senior role, such as team lead and management
