- Home Pre-purchase and Pre-sale Inspections for: Homes, cottages, Duplexes, Condos, Apartments, Row Housing, Mobile Homes, Modular Homes, and Commercial Buildings.
- Maintenance Inspections
- Renovation Inspection
- Mold Inspection
- Radon Tests

The reason why this position is so important is that they need reliable Developers. The Full-Stack Developers would be the pillars in their business continuity. They help the business as they function from an IT standpoint.

JOB DETAILS

· Full-time.

·Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

EXPERIENCE

·2 - 4 years of experience in designing and developing software, production experience in modeling or software development.

·Work on determine needs for new software, platforms, and applications that can be suitable for the different solutions.

·Build a service-based app backend.

·Integrating app with database.

·Suggest and implement solutions to improve the internal processes.

·Full stack developer with STRONG backend knowledge and experience.

·Experience with Front - end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, Angular, React, and Redux.

·Outstanding experience with the Back - end (Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Python, Java, Node.js, C#, PHP, C++, Golang).

·Experienced in using and implementing SCRUM methodology on a day-to-day basis.

·Able to manage GitHub and Jira on a daily basis.

·Experience in using Stripe.

·Strong programming and algorithm design skills.

·Committed to long-term working relationships.

· Detail-oriented.

·Good problem-solving skills.

·Good English communication (written and spoken).

CREDENTIALS

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer.

·SCRUM Alliance Certified SCRUM Developer (not mandatory).

·Certified SCRUM Master.

·MTA Developer Certification.
