Rockstar Opps/Project Manager to help us take fitness startup global [CLOSED]

We are looking for an experienced Project/ Operations Manager to help us take The Movement Athlete global in next 12 months while having the adventure of your life.

We are a small team on a big mission and looking for the right person who will help us get organised and drive projects and operations within a company on a daily basis. That means that you will be working very closely with me - CEO - but you will be directly responsible for execution.

Note that we are a fitness startup so most of the tasks and goals we will be implementing now will be revolving around marketing, decreasing churn, optimising funnels, building lead magnets, landing pages, ads etc. You will be a part of the team so additional experience in executing marketing projects is a plus. We will expect critical thinking, positive attitude and you simply being a part of the team
This role will start as an hourly role (between USD $10--$15) that would involve a dip dive at the beginning and helping us create project plan/ tasks etc and then weekly check-ins, but we hope you will quickly grow into a critical role within a company. Note that we are a small startup so the salary will grow together with a company.

Ideally, you have a passion for startups as well as a strong Operations mind and experience that can be applied to a small startup. 
Note that you need to be experienced in project and team management and extremely well organised as we will be looking up to you and relying on you o the team can focus on delivering results but at the end making sure that execution is there will be your KPI. 
Once the project is in motion we see your role as only under an hour a day + weekly check-ins
