- Research jobs for clients and apply for positions on their behalf
- Do a deep intake session with the internal Customer Success to learn more about the client.
- Message potential employers via LinkedIn about the client.
- Track all information accurately in our CRM – Monday.com
Requirements:
- 1+ year of recruitment experience
- Exceptional research skills with the ability to understand multiple types of jobs.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Easy-going and adaptable attitude.
- Ability to attend training sessions and in intake sessions.
- Able to learn and pick up things quickly.
- Self-fortitude and the ability not to give up.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.

As a Reverse Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping candidates land their ideal jobs by leveraging your recruitment and research skills. This position involves actively searching for job opportunities on behalf of clients and applying to relevant roles for them. You will also engage with potential employers via LinkedIn to increase the chances of securing interviews.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough job research and applying to roles on behalf of clients.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team to understand clients' backgrounds, skills, and job preferences.
- Reaching out to potential employers and recruiters via LinkedIn to advocate for clients.
- Accurately tracking job applications, employer responses, and other key details in our CRM – Monday.com.
About you
Our ideal candidate is a motivated recruiter with strong research skills and a passion for helping job seekers. You should have:
- 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency setting.
- Strong research skills and the ability to understand different job roles across various industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- An easy-going and adaptable attitude, able to work effectively with different clients.
- The ability to pick up new concepts quickly and learn new processes efficiently.
- Persistence and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Availability to attend training sessions and intake meetings.
