About the role

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position as we continue to expand! You’ll have the flexibility to work Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 5:30 PM EST, allowing you to structure your schedule while collaborating with the team in real time (we would determine a set work schedule for you based off your preferences within this time frame).

About you

What You’ll Be Doing (With Full Training & Support!)

From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're set up for success! Your role will evolve over time, but here’s what you’ll start with:

🚀 Building & Enhancing Websites – Assist our web team in creating high-performing client websites using GRAV.
⚡ Problem-Solving & Support – Handle client website support requests and implement solutions efficiently.
📈 SEO Optimization – Help improve client websites by implementing SEO best practices on GRAV & WordPress. You will not be responsible for the SEO campaigns. We have SEO team members for this. You'll be helping implement changes required by the SEO team.  

Your Skill Set

Must-Have Skills:

✅ WordPress Development (Theme/Plugin Development, Maintenance, Security)
✅ PHP & JavaScript/jQuery – Bring websites to life with dynamic functionality.
✅ CSS – Style and optimize sites for performance and responsiveness.
✅ SEO Implementation – Ensure websites rank well and perform at their best.

Bonus Skills (A Huge Plus!):

🌟 Twig (PHP) – Experience with templating is a big advantage.
🌟 Tailwind CSS – If you love clean, efficient styling, even better!
🌟 Ubuntu Linux – Familiarity with server environments is a plus.
