The company is currently looking for several Remote Executive Assistants with different skills to work in different industries. If you are a talented Executive Assistant with an excellent work ethic and great communication skills, you've come to the right place!


Atlas Assistants works with many executives and entrepreneurs, including thought leaders, speakers, eComm business owners, agency owners, coaches and consultants.

You will be paired up with a business and a position that requires your experience and skills, allowing you to excel and grow in an environment that suits you perfectly!

As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be playing a crucial role by assisting key company executives with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks, with the main goal of helping them be more effective :)

More specifically, you will:

  • Handle client communication, email follow-ups, and do the first-round sorting in the executive’s email inbox
  • Manage calendar, double bookings, and all scheduling and rescheduling
  • Prioritize tasks & help the CEO work more efficiently
  • Think criticaly in order to foresee future adminstrative tasks which the executive team will need to do and proactively complete those tasks
  • Establish clear and specific timelines for the completion of tasks to ensure that all deadlines can be met
  • Coordinate the CEO’s travel arrangements
  • Effectively organize, track and communicate with the team about all future, ongoing and completed tasks (help with accountability)
  • Provide end-of-day reports (differs based on business) to the owner and the team
  • Do any other EA tasks as needed
  • Special projects - things that come up that will distract the executive. Projects have included:
  • Put together job descriptions for video editors
  • Manage content calendars for posting
  • Review social media videos
  • Set up different points of the business
  • Help out with building out new training for EAs
  • Create new onboarding materials for new hires
  • Organizing and cleaning up spreadsheets and presentations

During the onboarding process, you’ll receive training through videos and feedback, and learn tons of new information about the company and your role. You'll also receive training on inbox management, calendar management and all other things that are crucial for the particular executive you'll be working for! You’ll also have regular check-ins each day until you are comfortable with taking on more tasks and working on your own :)

This can be a full-time or a part-time role, with some flexibility when it comes to working hours, which means you can arrange your own schedule with the CEO, once we pair you up and find the right position for you.


To be a successful candidate, you need:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or experience with managing other people in Ops
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Experience with marketing and operational KPIs
  • Experience building and optimizing SOPs
  • Experience within a fast-growing environment and willingness to work in a company where things are rapidly changing - one day is not like the next!
  • Attention to detail & excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle A LOT of feedback at a relatively fast pace, with the eagerness to thrive and really get there
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to try and figure things out as you go & solve problems as they come up
  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Tech Savviness

Bonus points for experience with click funnels, Active Campaign, YouTube management, or experience with Pipedrive.
