The Role

If you are a motivated, focused and hard-working person, willing to learn and grow, this full-time position will be a stable long-term position with unlimited potential for growth.

You will be in charge of managing communication with our customers through several channels - Amazon, Facebook, Ebay. If you like the idea of initiating personalized customer interactions successfully, and helping to turn disgruntled customers into loyal brand patrons, then you will love this position.

You know how to craft creative emails to get results!

The most critical skill here that will help you DELIGHT customers is ability to ‘listen’ to concerns and EMPATHIZE. This will help you form creative non-templated responses. While templates are great, you must be able to creatively respond to unique or challenging inquiries.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Update several reports with business and customer metrics daily;
  • Customer operations tasks - we’re focused on continuous improvement and constantly look for opportunities to polish our processes and elevate the customer experience. Your input on how to find opportunities to do that is always welcome.
  • Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to document tasks and processes with precision and update the SOPs as needed.
  • Ad-hoc projects will be assigned to you as needed and based on your skill-set and aptitude.

The Training

Training and role-shadowing will be provided by peers, the Marketing Director & the CEO.

The Hours

You will be working remotely full-time from your home office with our virtual team. We never ask anyone on our team to work a night shift, as we all value health, sleep and rest. So all of your hours will be during daytime in your time-zone as follows: 9am - 12pm, 2pm - 5pm, 8pm - 9pm + 1 flexible hour / day, 5 days a week, with 1 weekend and 1 weekday off.

The Basics

You must have strong reliable internet, a relatively new laptop or home computer, and a dedicated office space in your home.

Beyond the Basics

We’re looking for an experienced candidate with:

  • Significant email customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
  • Ability to commit Full-Time to this role
  • Constant desire to be collaborative and work closely with everyone on our team
  • Willingness to learn, take, and give direction when required
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Whizz at Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field​​​​​​​
  • Spanish, French or German is a plus

For example, you might be asked to come up with a new product line for us to release in our e-commerce store. Or implement the product launch of our latest ecommerce product to make it more visible on amazon. You’ll be learning firsthand how to research and conceptualize product ideas that we will actually manufacture and release out into the marketplace.

The Money

This position has a 3 month trial period with a salary of $800/mo. After the trial period, starting salary will be $1,000/mo with regular increases which are 100% merit-based. For the right person, your growth and earning potential with us is entirely driven by your hard work, motivation, and work ethic. The more you’re driven to contribute, the faster you’ll increase your earnings.
