⇢Noel (Owner/CEO) - handles all Sales and Marketing, leads the day to day business, decides priorities and handles the customer interaction for the Done with you service

⇢Ilma (Hiring success manager) - handles all customer support and job post operations and sourcing.

⇢Mirela (Jobseeker success specialist) - supports jobseekers and focuses on bringing more jobseekers to JobRack.

⇢Slobodanka (Recruitment specialist) - leads on the Done With You roles helping our clients to hire great team members through a highly targeted sourcing and recruitment approach.

We also have a wider team of developers, designers and content writers that support us as well.


We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead the recruitment operations and delivery side of the business including our DIY job post service, our rapidly growing Done With You service and also fully Done For You recruitment services. A big focus of the role will be in implementing processes, systems and tools to ensure we can scale the business whilst maintaining and improving excellent service and results for our customers.

You’ll be results and data driven with experience leading a team to great success.

Exposure and management of costs and profitability in your previous roles would be an advantage.

This role will be interacting on a daily basis with Noel, Ilma, Mirela and Slobodanka.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter will include:

  • Identifying sourcing strategies for roles including senior developers, operations managers, and Amazon PPC roles following LinkedIn's clamp down on connection request sending
  • Sourcing and reviewing candidates for roles similar to those mentioned above
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment operations for the JobRack business
  • Reviewing processes to identify opportunities to Eliminate, Automate, Delegate or Simplify to streamline how we collate information and deliver our services to our clients
  • Researching and identifying improved software and tools to use to drive us forwards
  • Prioritising processes for implementation and improvement
  • Leading the team and guiding them to continually grow and improve

Our most suitable candidate:

  • Has 5+ years recruitment experience
  • Significant process improvement experience including systems implementation and automation of manual processes
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written English

Brownie points for:

  • Budget and financial management
  • Operations management
  • Experience with automation tools i.e. Zapier/integromat

  • Competitive salary 2000 - 3000 USD per month
  • 20 days paid holiday per year
  • Performance related bonus scheme/profit share in the future

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week within normal working hours with some flexibility as part of working remotely. Majority of hours crossover with 8am-5pm UK/Eastern Europe time.
