We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to assist our recruiters with various recruitment operations such as conducting screening interviews, ensuring client queries are assigned to the relevant person within the team and that clients receive timely responses to queries, send clear and concise client updates to our clients on the status of their role and managing the ATS for our Done With You recruitment service (https://jobrack.eu/pricing for more details). We’re moving quickly and you will have a chance to learn different aspects of our business and grow with us.
A big focus of the role will be reviewing candidates for a variety of roles. In addition, you’ll play a key part in improving our recruitment processes as we seek to wow our customers with amazing candidates that are the perfect fit for them.
You will be working directly with the full team and your focus will be on supporting different aspects of recruitment operations.
Having great attention to detail, great English skills and a growth and action focused mindset will be key for you to succeed in this role.
