Recruiter [CLOSED]

We are seeking a Recruiter to help us in recruiting top talent for GS and their clients, designing, reviewing and implementing the recruitment processes and procedures. Focusing on managing job posting and finding, shortlisting and selecting the right stakeholders when it comes to Job hires, Placement Students, Volunteers, Ambassadors. Manage interviews, follow up calls, questionnaires, tests and on-boarding/off-boarding processes.

Note: Only full-time applicants will be accepted as the role is not applicable for freelancers & third-party agents

Working hours: 9am - 5pm UK time [Weekdays only]

MAIN ASSIGNMENT

• Recruit top talent and design and implement attraction campaigns
• Analyse recruitment process performance
• Drive internal and external recruitment matters
• Create and publish job specs
• Conduct CV screening, telephone and job interviews
• Conduct inductions
• Participate in job fairs
• Maintain recruitment tracking database
• Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience in early careers recruitment
• Knowledge and experience of using recruitment software
• Prior experience of developing recruitment processes either solely or in collaboration
• Experience supporting or driving recruitment marketing campaigns
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong management skills
• Organised and detailed-oriented
• Can work independently and also as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
