PURPOSE OF JOB
This role is responsible for recruiting top talent for GS and their clients, designing, reviewing and implementing the recruitment processes and procedures. Focusing on managing job posting and finding, shortlisting and selecting the right stakeholders when it comes to Job hires, Placement Students, Volunteers, Ambassadors. Manage interviews, follow up calls, questionnaires, tests and on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
