The Real Estate Executive Admin is an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Real Estate Executive Admin must be adaptable to change and be solutions oriented. He/She will manage the entire social media of the team efficiently and effectively to ensure all marketing content reflects the team in a positive and professional light.

  • Provide consistent availability to do tasks as needed

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Manage/Sort & Respond to Emails
  • Manage CRM
  • Manage Monthly Drip Campaigns
  • Coordinate Client Events
  • monitor Facebook pages for referrals
  • Create Marketing Materials for all New Listings
  • Manage the Brand Kit (This is the folder of all agents headshots, company logos etc)
  • Create Marketing Materials For weekly email Newsletter
  • Organize and create a Social Media Content Calendar
  • Monitor Business Pages for Incoming Messages
  • Manage Private Team VIP Facebook Group
  • Create Weekly Blogs for All Sites
  • If No Other Social Media Position Exists, Research Youtube Titles Weekly
    • this allows the team to perform quickly and efficiently when filming videos
  • Be Available By Zoom 8 hours a day with minutes notice to help with any random tasks
  • Be prepared and knowledgeable and help with Social Media Marketing if no other Social Media Marketing position is on the team
  • Manager Teams Vendor List
  • Reach out to Past Clients as Teams “Past Client Care Manager”
  • Manage & Track Down online Reviews from Past clients
  • work with editing team to ensure tasks are completed timely


  • Lead Agent – daily
  • Agent Team – daily
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – daily

Management responsibilities

  • Communicate with Team Members for Needed Items
