This opportunity is for one of our companies (rota.com - B2B Saas platform for people driven organisations wanting to manage their workforce in a smarter way). They have a good team in place with 6 remote Developers, 2 lead developers and 2 Product Managers.

Backend dev role description

Working architect lead to analyze the current system, improve it and take it to the next level. Main focus will be to write application code, transforming our solution from a marketplace to a more platform-based solution.

Potential challenges include changes to the domain model, internationalisation, multi-currency, user permissions, single sign-on, white labelling etc.

Frontend dev role description

Working architect lead to analyze the current system, improve it and take it to the next level. The main focus will be to implement features to our ReactNative/Expo mobile app as well as our React web app.

The candidate is also encouraged to contribute to our build and dev environment, and might also be part of improving our automatic testing regime. The candidate will together with the team strive for a clean, sophisticated, modern and lean frontend solution.
