As a Proposal Coordinator & Research Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in preparing and submitting standout proposals, streamlining processes, and driving research to uncover new opportunities in the film and creative industries. You’ll collaborate with a global network of filmmakers, creatives, and strategists, ensuring every proposal tells a compelling story and meets submission requirements flawlessly.
✍️ Craft Winning Proposals: Strategize, write, and deliver proposals that resonate with clients and drive success.
🎯 Attention to Detail: Ensure all forms are completed accurately, links are functional, and guidelines are thoroughly met.
👯 Team Coordination: Lead small teams of creatives, writers, and budget specialists to deliver polished submissions.
🔍 Research Opportunities: Uncover new prospects in the creative and film industries and maintain an organized database of leads.
📊 Optimize Processes: Continuously refine workflows, templates, and data management systems.
🧑🎨 Visual Appeal: Make proposals visually compelling and aligned with our brand identity.
You’re a natural researcher, process optimizer, and storyteller. You find satisfaction in perfecting every detail and ensuring workflows run smoothly. You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in collaborative environments that value creativity and impact.
✅ Proven experience in proposal writing and coordinating submissions for creative agencies or nonprofits.
✅ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
✅ Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Drive, and Trello.
✅ Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
✅ Experience working with remote teams.
✅ Knowledge of the documentary/NGO/UN industry is a big plus!
✅ Familiarity with global development issues (e.g., sustainability, gender equity, education) is a bonus.
✅ Availability in the CET timezone for team collaboration.
🌎 Part-time (15 hrs/wk), fully remote position with flexible working hours (some CET timezone availability required)
💰 $1,020 per month + 🏖️ monthly vacation pay
