The company consists of a diverse team of all ages, backgrounds, faiths and locations, spread across the UK, USA, Philippines, South Africa and Eastern Europe. There are 12 full-time staff members and multiple freelancers, with everyone working completely remotely.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Administrator to join our team. This cross-functional and exciting role involves working across different departments within the business.
As the Projects Administrator, you will be the linchpin in managing and coordinating a diverse range of projects, including quarterly summits, monthly magazine publications, newsletters, webinars, and seasonal campaigns.
You will ensure smooth execution using Asana, our project management tool, and will play a pivotal role in scheduling campaigns, supporting speaker recruitment, and handling various administrative tasks to help guarantee the success of our events and publications.
Responsibilities:
You are a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for project management and administration. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
You are willing to step outside of your comfort zone occasionally and work on tasks not in your job description to get stuff done.
You are adept at using project management tools and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
You are a ‘we’ thinker, rather than an ‘I’ thinker, high on empathy and low on ego. This role is as much about looking after and developing the team as a whole it is about your individual performance.
