About You

Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in project management, in a digital environment. We are looking for someone who has the ability to help our creative team to stay on track with their work, has the ability to quickly learn our business model and align to our higher purpose of helping life science companies improve lives, can drive the team to achieve and exceed revenue goals, and has the ability to understand and solve problems.

This is a part time position, fully remote, and can work in the US time zone as most of our team and clients are based in the United States.

Goals for this Position:

1. Design, develop, implement and track projects which are very detailed and scientific in nature.
2. Communicating, coordinating and scheduling tasks for the creative team, scientific researchers and 3D animators.
3. Align everyone in the team to various projects, to meet deadlines and stay within the budget.
4. Daily reviewing of task completion and making the necessary adjustments to the production plan.
5. Plan resources and support the team for project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Scope out projects, understand the requirements from clients and address any project concerns.
• Plan and design workflows and resources needed.
• Assign and track milestones.
• Communicate with the team about the roadmap, roles, milestones and deliverables for each project and address anything that might impede the progress.
• Report to management on project status, hurdles, accomplishments.
• Assist the team with anything that they require to complete each project.
• Celebrate accomplishments with the team, by initiating and engaging them.
• Keep the morale up while working with different teams, on various projects.
• Be available to work with a distributed team, primarily in the US time zones, for a few hours a day, every day, between Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Project Management experience in a reputable company for at least 3 years.
• It would be preferable for you to have a degree in science related studies or business management, but not essential.
• Great communication skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
• Experience in animation or digital product creation processes is a big plus.
• Ability to identify challenges and find solutions creatively.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight, together with advanced critical thinking and logical reasoning.
