Project Manager / Renovation Manager [CLOSED]

I am looking for an experienced project manager / construction manager / renovation manager to help organize and execute a residential renovation project in Toronto

You will work 4 hours / day on the following tasks:

1. Locate and contact contractors in Toronto for the various trades that are needed for the job (Masonry, carpentry, roofing, siding, eavestroughs, windows, etc.)

2. Organize and set up calls between the contractors and me

3. Request and manage quote from the contractors

4. Make a project plan and help keep the project organized

Experience:

• Perfect written and spoken english
• Experience with construction or home renovation projects
• Ability to understand different parts of a home renovation project and how they go together
• Ability and experience organizing renovation projects

Capabilities

• Perfect written and spoken english
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work 4 hours per day between 8p - 4p Eastern Time (Toronto)
• Friendly, capable, ability to take charge and solve problems
• Ability to create and manage schedules and budgets

This is a 4-6 month contract position
