## About Us

We are LOGEIX, an eCommerce SEO agency that does full SEO campaigns for our clients including technical SEO, keyword research, OnPage SEO, content planning, and link building.

Our typical client is a Shopify site, in a whole mix of niches, doing about $1m-$30m/year in sales. This is quite an exciting stage to be part of as many are investing heavily into growth.

As for our team, we're a small team of 7 full time members and multiple part-time/freelancers in multiple countries and timezones. Our CEO/founder is based in Vietnam, account manager in the US, SEOs in India & Serbia, and a little elsewhere.

## About the role

We get awesome results for our clients. Our strategist creates the plans, account manager communicates with the clients, and SEO specialists handle the client work to put our plans into action.

Your role will be working closely with our team to ensure:

1. The Strategists SEO plan is executed properly (on time, to good standard, assigned appropriately)
2. Client requests (via account manager/strategist) are integrated into our campaigns where needed
3. Actions (e.g. task = audit site, actions = next steps based on this) are regularly being assigned and completed
4. SEO specialists are assigned an appropriate amount of work on any given week based on overall monthly deliverables

This means you need to be highly organised and be able to closely track where any given campaign is based on the plan created for them. Usually these project plans are extremely similar, but may differ sometimes.

Your daily workload will include using tools like:

• Slack
• Google Sheets/Docs (we use a custom project management sheet, and all client work is within Google Drive)

You'll be working closely with our account manager (US based) and lead strategist (VN based).

## Requirements

• Fluent spoken (for internal/team calls) and written English
• Previous experience as a project manager in a similar type business. Experience in an SEO agency is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Google Sheets/Spreadsheet knowledge will be beneficial
• Any SEO knowledge is useful (not required)
