Velocity Sellers is an expert Amazon agency, helping Amazon sellers manage their accounts and grow their businesses since 2016. The company was founded by a father and son duo. To help them grow the business, they teamed up with former Amazon executives & kept the company focused on its goals. They use marketing techniques, provide strategic guidance, and manage the day-to-day operations of their clients’ Amazon businesses.

The team communicates via Slack and ClickUp, and they pride themselves on always helping each other. The key to succeeding within the company is building good habits and keeping up with the tasks. At the moment, Velocity Sellers is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the account managers and oversee various projects. You’ll need to organize and delegate tasks, and accurately translate every client requirement into ClickUp.

As the new Project Manager, you will:

  • Create timelines and plans for projects
  • Assign tasks on ClickUp
  • Manage client emails & inbound requests
  • Coordinate with the client and the account manager
  • Keep the account processes organized
  • Get to know the processes & identify improvement opportunities
  • Share ideas and opinions to get things done more efficiently

During the first few weeks, you will receive training on the company’s systems, get to know the team, and begin to assist account managers with delegation. This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to work within the EST timezone for at least five hours per day.

To be a successful candidate, you need:

  • Familiarity with planning and team management
  • Experience in using Project Management tools (ClickUp or Monday.com)
  • Experience with Amazon
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central (this is the key to being successful in this role!)
  • Experience in Customer Management
  • Experience in process development & process improvement
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of G-Suite & Slack
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Ability to work at least 5 hours per day in the EST timezone

Brownie points for:

  • Knowledge of Amazon processes (FBA, PPC, Catalog Management)
  • Experience in SEO and Keyword Research
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce

The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized and an excellent planner, able to handle difficult situations & willing to step in when things seem to be getting off the rails. At the same time, you need to be an excellent communicator and able to maintain an impeccable relationship with the clients.
