As the Project Manager, you will be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of digital marketing projects. You will play a key role in maintaining cohesive project delivery.

In this role, you will:

πŸš€ Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for digital marketing initiatives.

πŸ”„ Coordinate with internal resources, including digital and development teams, to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

🀝 Implement and oversee data-driven strategies to inform project decisions and optimise digital marketing outcomes.

πŸ“Š Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

πŸ” Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery of SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing services.

πŸ—“οΈ Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to all stakeholders.

πŸ“‘ Ensure all projects adhere to KD Web's high standards of quality and performance.

πŸ“ˆ Utilise project management software, particularly Monday.com, to track project progress, allocate resources, and manage timelines.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm (GMT).

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

βœ… 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in a digital agency environment.

βœ… Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

βœ… Client-facing experience.

βœ… Advanced proficiency in project management tools, especially Monday.com.

βœ… Familiarity with SEO tools and PPC platforms.

βœ… A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

βœ… Experience creating and documenting systems

πŸ’° Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of up to Β£2,700.*

🌍 Global Work Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in the world.

🌴 Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 days of annual paid leave (increasing to 22 days after 2 years of service) plus 8 UK bank holidays. You also get a half day off for your birthday and company closure over the Christmas period. Additionally, you have 5 days of sick pay per year.

*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
